This is a savory, full-flavored stew with turnip and mustard greens, Italian sausage, and turkey. To speed things up, I used a pre-cooked turkey breast roasted in sundried tomato and cut into small chunks. In a large pot, start with a trinity of sliced vidalias, bell pepper, and garlic in sunflower oil. Saute portabello mushrooms and greens in sausage drippings. Add drippings, greens, mushrooms, turkey chunks, and tiny chunks of Italian sausage to the pot. (For extra flavor, use the four-cheese kind.) Add chicken broth, red pepper flakes, a little salt, and chopped up russet or red potatoes.
