- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- ¾ cup honey
- ⅔ cup almond butter, optional
- ½ cup coconut oil or real butter
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1. Combine the honey, almond butter, and coconut oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
2. Stir in the oats, cocoa, vanilla extract and pink salt.
3. Drop mounds of mixture on baking sheets.
4. Freeze at least 15 minutes so that they can set.
5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer
