Ingredients:
1/8 stick butter cut in "pats"
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tbsp. peanut butter
2 3/4 to 3 cups oatmeal
Melt butter. Pour in cocoa until it begins to soften a bit. Dump in sugar last and whisk in the pan over medium heat (you might have to remove pan from heat to keep sugar from crystallizing). Whisk quickly, pour in 1/2 cup milk. Remove from heat and whisk. Add 2 tbsp. peanut butter and whisk in pan back on medium high. Remove from heat. Add oatmeal. Stir. Spoon out in tablespoons on pan. Let them solidify before serving.
